Does EL&N cater to different dietary requirements?
We do our best to cater to all dietary requirements.
We have limited options for vegans and those following a gluten free diet with a slightly wider selection for vegetarians. We’re working on development to add more vegan friendly and gluten free dishes, but in the meantime, please speak to a member of our team and they will do their best to cater to your requests.
Coeliacs please note, all our food is created in a kitchen where there may be gluten nearby, we cannot guarantee that won’t be any cross contamination.
Our entire menu is halal. Any bacon listed on our menu is turkey bacon or Macon.
We have plenty of milk alternative options from oat, soya & almond to coconut milk. Our friendly baristas will be happy to help.

Do you take reservations?
All our cafés run on a walk-in basis only and we don’t accept any bookings or reservations.
Will I have to queue?
Our queue times can vary from 5 minutes to 25 minutes. Our team will do their best to seat your party as soon as possible.

Can I hire a location or work with EL&N to host an event?
We would love to hear about your event enquiry. If you’re a brand or media group looking to host an event, please email us at pr@elnlondon.com stating your city location and a member of our Events team will come back to you in a few days.
If you’re looking to host a birthday, baby shower, bridal shower, brunch or any other special event, send us an email to info@elnlondon.com stating your country, preferred store location and event details and if we have availability, the team will do their best to accommodate you.
Our gift cards and retail range
Our pink gift cards are valid from the date of purchase for 12 months. They are redeemable in-stores only (excluding our concession at London Selfridges). Please check the reverse of our card for more detailed terms and conditions.
You can find our retail line available at all EL&N locations worldwide or you can order via our website for home delivery.

Do we offer delivery?
Yes, of course. You can find us on Deliveroo, Super or Uber Eats. We are also available on Talabat, The Chefz & Jaheez.

I didn't enjoy my experience - how do I complain?
We're sorry you didn't have a positive experience with us. We want to resolve any issues as directly as possible, so please email us at eln_london_mah.mumbai_tofs@zmail.ril.com and allow us up to 6 days to get back to you. We take complaints very seriously so please allow us the time to come to the best solution.

What does EL&N stand for?
EL&N (pronounced: e-lan) stands for Eat, Live & Nourish. We're also sometimes known as; Elan Café, ELN London or Elan London.
